Attend Sessions Online
From The Comfort Of Your Home Or Office
Due to the ongoing global pandemic, you’ve probably found yourself stuck at home a lot more often.
The good news is that quality, effective counseling can still take place using telehealth – live video sessions from the comfort of your own home or workplace.
Studies show that telehealth can be just as effective as in-office therapy sessions.
Session Types
Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy
How is it that two people who used to act so positively toward each other can now be thinking and saying such negative things? Find out why you and your partner keep reacting to each other the way you do. Learn communication skills and how to use them to rebuild a strong connection with your partner.
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy
In counseling sessions, I provide an understanding and non-judgmental atmosphere in which you can comfortably work through your problems. A lot of the reactive thoughts we have as humans are completely understandable responses to stress, yet these thoughts are not always helpful to us. I will help you modify things you think and do that may be getting in your way in the long run (even though a lot of these things seem to help deal with stress in the short run).
About Me
Using my own life experience combined with professional education and training, I offer a realistic, down-to-earth approach to learning more effective ways to cope with stress of all kinds.
I have personally dealt with anxiety and depression since as far back as I can remember. I've gone to counseling over the years, and have found it to be quite helpful in learning to more effectively cope with these conditions. While anxiety and depression have been significant obstacles throughout my life, my first-hand experience has given me some unique insight and empathy that I can use to help others who are feeling anxious or depressed (or both), as well as those who are dealing with everyday stressors.

Video Introduction
While written words and photos can do a lot to convey what to expect in counseling, nothing quite compares to a video that actually shows you who you’ll be talking with and what that may be like.
