Why Are You Seeking an ADHD Diagnosis?
- You DON’T need an official, thorough diagnosis in order to get counseling to treat your ADHD.
- You only need an official ADHD diagnosis if: - you plan to show it to a doctor to try medication for ADHD
- you plan on using it to get accommodations/assistance at a college or university

- Many doctors and universities/colleges will accept an ADHD diagnosis from a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (such as myself). Some will not accept an ADHD diagnosis if it's not provided by a psychologist specifically. - You’ll want to check with your doctor or educational institution to find out if they require a specific type of diagnosis.

The ADHD diagnosis I provide includes the following measures:
- Diagnostic Interview for ADHD in adults (DIVA)
- Behavior Rating Inventory of Executive Function - Adult Version (BRIEF-A)
- Brown Executive Function / Attention Scales (Brown EF/A)
- Symptoms Checklist (SCL-90-R)
- Diagnostic Assessment

Pricing
- Each 55-minute session costs $140. - Your credit/debit card will be charged $140 at the time of each session.
- There is no need to pay for everything ahead of time or all at once.

- In order to take the BRIEF-A, Brown EF/A, & SCL-90-R, we’ll have to meet for at least one introductory session. - There is an additional cost of $75 to take the assessments. This covers the combined cost of all 3 assessments.

- The DIVA Assessment & the Diagnostic Assessment take place during regular sessions. - The DIVA Assessment typically takes 3-4 sessions to complete.
- The Diagnostic Assessment typically takes 1-2 sessions to complete.

- Once all assessments are complete, I will compile all of the data and create a Diagnostic Report for you. This will take place outside of session, and is prorated based upon how long it takes to create the report (typically 1-2 hours at most).
