Pricing: Using Insurance

  • Sessions are 55 minutes long.

  • Cost for each session is determined by your insurance plan.

  • Aetna, Anthem, Carelon, Cigna, Medical Mutual, United.

  • Only Individual Counseling is available using insurance.

  • Couples Counseling is private pay only.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • All sessions are online using Zoom. I don’t have an office you can visit.

    You must be located in KY, OH, or FL at the time of each session.

  • I am in-network with Aetna, Anthem, Cigna, Lyra, Modern Health, & United Healthcare. All other insurance companies are out-of-network.

    Your insurance policy may provide reimbursement for out-of-network clinicians. If so, I can provide you with the paperwork needed to request reimbursement from your insurance.

    If you have a high-deductible plan and know you won’t reach your deductible for the year, you may find yourself paying the same amount with or without your insurance.

    Note that some health insurance policies simply don’t cover mental health. Also, the couples counseling I provide is Private Pay only.

  • I only work with adults (18+).

  • Here’s my general availability: Monday - Friday 8:30am - 3:00pm.

    I do not have weekends or evenings available.

  • Private pay sessions are 55 minutes long and cost $140, charged to the credit / debit / health savings card you provide while completing the initial paperwork.
